A Shift to 30 Acres and a New Chapter:

In time, the landscape changed, and Cuneo Jr. eventually sold much of the property to the Lake County Forest Preserve. 30 acres still remained, retaining the essence of its past. Nestled within these 30 acres is a gated sanctuary with multiple separate gated dog yards.
